2023 FALL FOOD TRUCK FEST EVENT INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in being a participant in the Fall Destin Food Truck Fest.
We hope to make this a huge success again and a great experience for our community our third year in a row!
IMPORTANT: If you anticipate on participating, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we will have an estimate of the total number of likely food trucks as we will only have a limited number of spots available.
GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION
LOCATION: Food truck and vendor maps will be provided at least one week ahead of the event for your placement.. As food truck sizes vary, please make sure to provide the exact length and width that you will need on the application. Tents are not included.
SET UP: Food truck and vendor set up is from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event and no later. Final instructions along with parking instructions will be provided to participants one week prior to the event. Food trucks/vendors must be open, staffed and ready to operate by 11:00 a.m.
ADMISSION: General Admission - $5, children under 12 are free.
FOOD TRUCK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Each food truck/vendor will also be required to hold or obtain all the necessary permits to operate a Food Truck in the City of Destin, Florida and have passed any health and fire inspections prior to the vent start time on the day of the fest. Signage and menu should be visible for patrons during event hours. All areas around and under your truck are your responsibility to keep clean and free of spills or grease stains. Fines will be assessed for any waste or damage left behind. All food trucks required to bring their own generators.
INSURANCE: All food trucks are required to carry and maintain at their own cost and expense a general liability insurance policy with a minimum single limit of $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and property damage per occurrence for bodily injuries, wrongful death, or property damage occurring on or about the premises designated for the Food Truck Fest, naming its owner’s agents, and employees named as additional insured parties. All vendors must agree to provide proof of coverage and the additional insured listed via a certificate of insurance prior to Sept 30th2023. Please name the following:

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is to be sent with application. Payment can be made by check, credit card or money order. Once accepted as a food truck/vendor for the fest, no refunds will be given for any reason.
** Be advised that we reserve the right to accept or reject any application based on the quality of products sold, services offered, or the appearance of your truck or booth. Event will be rain or shine. No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather, natural disaster or circumstances deemed worthy of cancellation by the Orange Beach Breeze committee.
